Royal IHC is seeking an experienced Project Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial administration and supporting the project manager by providing reliable financial data and analyses. You will act as the financial sparring partner, ensuring that the administrative processes within the projects are well-organized and properly managed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial administration of service renovation projects, including monitoring costs, revenues, invoicing, and payments, while overseeing project administration related to budgets and forecasts.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting on the project’s status. You will make sure that financial data is entered in a timely and correct manner, and promptly identify and address any deviations.
  • Cost Control and Risk Management: Monitor project costs and identify risks and opportunities. You will closely track project administration to ensure alignment with financial objectives, providing timely advice and suggested actions when discrepancies arise.
  • Document Management: Ensure systematic and accurate administration of all project-related documents and financial data, including managing contracts, changes, and other project documents according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Proactive Communication: Support the project team in interpreting financial data and provide administrative and financial insights. You will generate reports and present financial information in a clear and concise manner to the project team and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines, and conduct administrative checks to ensure that all project data meets the required standards.

What we expect from you:

  • A degree in Business Economics (or a similar field).
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within project administration or financial project management.
  • Strong affinity for administrative processes with the ability to work accurately and in detail.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets, and maintaining project administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to project teams and other stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of the administrative and financial management of projects.
  • Willingness to travel (inter)nationally, if necessary, for project-related tasks.

Royal IHC offers you:

  • A gross monthly salary between €5116,- and €8353,- +8% holiday allowance (based on a fulltime working week).
