Support a smooth, people-first employee journey by keeping our HR operations, systems, and processes running reliably while giving colleagues clear, friendly support whenever they need it.
As our HR Intern, you work together with the People Experience team to deliver a proactive and customer-focused HR service for all employees. You get hands-on exposure to contract management, payroll, benefits, HR systems, and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. In this role, you collaborate with colleagues across the business as well as external partners, gaining real experience in HR operations while contributing to tangible improvements in how we work.
Responsibilities
Employee processes & HR operations – Support core employee processes, including contract management (such as preparing and updating contracts), visa and 30% ruling applications, payroll input, benefits, pensions, and leave administration, ensuring everything is accurate and on time. Provide structured support to keep our HR records complete, compliant, and up to date.
Employee guidance & support – Act as a friendly first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions from employees, helping them navigate policies, procedures, and tools so they feel supported and informed. Escalate more complex questions to the People Experience Manager when needed, while following up to ensure colleagues receive clear answers.
Onboarding & offboarding – Contribute to smooth onboarding and offboarding processes so every employee’s journey starts and ends on a high note. Help prepare documentation, coordinate administrative steps, and ensure checklists are followed so nothing falls through the cracks.
HR systems & data quality – Help control and maintain our HRIS tools (HiBob, Odoo, Nmbrs, Officevibe) by updating employee data, running standard reports, and monitoring data quality. Keep your knowledge of the systems up to date and suggest improvements that make processes more efficient and user-friendly.
Projects, processes & policies – Provide support on HR and People Experience projects, such as implementing new systems, supporting trainings, rolling out HR communications, and helping design or update processes and policies. Take ownership of smaller tasks or sub-projects, contributing ideas on how we can continuously improve the way we work.
Stakeholder collaboration – Work with internal stakeholders across all teams and external partners such as our pension advisor, payroll provider, Occupational Health & Safety company, government authorities, and other HR vendors (for training, relocation, wellness, etc.), helping to ensure smooth collaboration and timely follow-up.
