Sales & Operations Planning Manager

Robin Radar Systems

Robin Radar Systems

Sales & Business Development, Operations
Posted on Feb 25, 2026

Orchestrate end-to-end alignment - connecting demand, supply, inventory, and financials to drive smart decisions and reliable delivery in a fast-scaling environment.

As our Sales & Operations Planning Manager, you take ownership of the entire S&OP cycle, ensuring that forecasted demand, operational capacity, and financial targets are aligned and translated into clear, executable plans. You partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to challenge assumptions, balance trade-offs, and keep everyone focused on the same priorities. In this key role within Robin Radar, you support both the COO and CCO by continuously aligning short-term plans and long-term capacity with customer demand so we can scale sustainably while delivering on our promises.

Responsibilities

  • S&OP process leadership – Design the S&OP process, implement the right tools, and lead both the short-term and long-term S&OP cycle, continuously improving how we plan and decide. Facilitate cross-functional meetings that bring together demand, supply, and financial perspectives, ensuring decisions are clear and well-aligned. Develop and maintain standard KPIs and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health, and use these insights to drive action. Manage S&OP-related improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while proactively identifying risks that could impact timelines.

  • Demand planning & forecasting – Act as the main point of contact for the Sales team on planning and delivery for Order Fulfilment, Service & Support, and Technical Sales projects. Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance into a single, transparent view of demand. Challenge assumptions and ensure forecasts are accurate, well-substantiated, and openly communicated.

  • Supply & capacity planning – Partner with Production and Procurement to assess capabilities, capacity constraints, and their impact on short-, medium-, and long-term plans. Make sure supply and demand remain aligned, escalate mismatches to the right stakeholders, and drive resolution. Keep inventory levels optimized so we meet operational demand while managing costs responsibly.

  • Financial & strategic alignment – Support the integration of S&OP with financial planning, including volume, revenue, and margin. Provide clear insights to the leadership team on risks, opportunities, and trade-offs, and contribute to the development and implementation of long-term operational strategies that support our business objectives.

  • Continuous improvement & systems – Identify process gaps across the S&OP landscape and implement improvements that increase agility, speed, and efficiency. Work with stakeholders and systems (such as ERP and reporting tools) to embed better ways of working into daily routines.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Operations roles, including at least 3 years specifically in S&OP or a similar integrated planning function.

  • Strong knowledge of S&OP methodologies, demand and supply planning, and integrated business planning (IBP).

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo and high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior management across different cultures and backgrounds.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, comfortable discussing trade-offs in volume, revenue, and margin.

  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, set priorities, and drive decisions in complex, fast-changing environments.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with hands-on change management experience.

  • Experience in a (high-tech) production environment is a plus
