Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-impact technical projects for our most valued international customers, taking full ownership from conception to successful completion.
- Responsible for delivery of security evaluation projects within time and budget and at the required quality level; in some cases managing some (limited amount of) projects.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Manage project risk.
- Foster strong customer partnerships through proactive communication and regular engagement throughout project execution.
- Development and review of project proposals in collaboration with the commercial team.
- In collaboration with other project managers, handle the planning of resources of the theme.
- Collect and implement lessons learnt.
- Mentor and guide security analyst teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring all security evaluation tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
- Successfully resolve complex escalations, ensuring win-win outcomes that strengthen relationships with both our customers and the organization.
- Timely management of administrative tasks related to project execution
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in project management roles in service oriented businesses.
- Experience in leading projects with a team of academic engineers.
- Experience in Cybersecurity is a plus
- Experience in the payments industry or certification projects a plus
