Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge technology. With your enthusiasm and creative eye, you will engage with the Qualinx office and continue to develop our brand, making sure what we create internally is communicated externally. You will collaborate with our Marketing Manager, located in California.

• You will work in our offices in Delft, where you can capture the Qualinx spirit and communicate it outwards.
• You are responsible for Content Creation:
• Developing engaging and compelling content for Qualinx including website content, product brochures, and social media platforms.
• You will collaborate with our technical teams to translate complex semiconductor concepts into accessible and appealing content for a diverse audience.
• You will be responsible for coordinating marketing events:
• Planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and pre/post-event marketing activities.
• As a Marketing Specialist, you will help develop our Brand:
• You will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand image and messaging.
• You will ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• You will be responsible for communicating our office events and work culture externally, thinking of employer branding.
• You will support in conducting Market Research.
• You will conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• You will prepare reports and analysis to support strategic decision making.
  
  
  

Requirements

At Qualinx, we seek a result-driven Junior Marketing Specialist who thrives in an environment where proactive, can-do attitudes are celebrated. Bring your passion and expertise and join us on this exciting venture. The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a content marketeer, all-round marketeer or similar (B2B ideally).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of or experience in the engineering industry is a big plus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
