Associate Corporate Tax - Transfer Pricing (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven)
Amsterdam
Do you want to get to know large multinationals and advise them on complex tax matters? Are you looking for a role in which you translate international laws and regulations into concrete advice within a dynamic team?
As a Consultant Transfer Pricing, you determine how profits are allocated across the entities of a multinational, based on the added value within the value chain. You interview management, analyse financial statements, organisational structures and agreements, and dive into industry reports. You work in an international and dynamic team, divided across three disciplines: Middle Market Public Sector (MMPS), International Tax Services (ITS) and Financial Services (FS).
This is what you'll do
You'll be part of an international and informal team that plays a key role between client, tax authorities and society. Together, you work in a field that is continuously evolving and receives significant public attention.
As a consultant, you have a varied role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You work in changing client teams for multinationals (ITS), financial institutions (FS) and family-owned and private businesses (MMPS). You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.
Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.
You recognize yourself in this
You are an ambitious and curious professional with an analytical mindset. You easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, and adapt smoothly to a dynamic environment. In addition:
You hold a Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field;
You are analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers;
You are interested in the business world and the industries in which our clients operate;
Your Dutch and/or English speaking and writing skills are at a high level;
You have an affinity with digital tools and the ambition to become 'digitally savvy'.
What we offer
At PwC, you get the opportunity to be yourself, bring out the best in yourself within a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network. We offer you, among other things:
A competitive salary, an attractive pension scheme and the opportunity to grow quickly;
Tailor-made training programmes focused on professional growth and leadership development;
A motivating work environment where collaboration with ambitious colleagues and recognition for your contributions are highly valued;
Extensive benefits including a 'well-being budget' for your physical and mental health;
You work at the client's site and in the office, with the flexibility of hybrid working where possible;
An ergonomic home workspace and a net expense allowance for internet and other costs;
Attractive mobility options, including an electric lease car, a cash-for-car allowance and access to various shared mobility providers;
30 holiday days per year;
Nice extras such as various informal company activities;
YoungPwC: a network where young employees get the chance to connect and exchange knowledge. The experience and tips of their colleagues are of great value to young PwC professionals and help them realise their ambitions within PwC.
