Your Responsibilities

As an AI Specialist within our Responsible AI Business Solutions team, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions for our external and internal clients. You'll work on machine learning model development, AI system architecture, and deployment of AI models in cloud environments.

• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and assist in proposing AI-driven business solutions adhering to Responsible AI principles.
• Support the development and deployment of AI models, incorporating state-of-the-art techniques.
• Contribute ideas and insights during team discussions to identify opportunities for AI integration and ethical AI considerations.
• Assist in the evaluation and addressing of potential biases in AI models, striving for fairness, transparency, and privacy in all solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and Responsible AI frameworks, actively participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

You will collaborate within cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business consultants, and auditors, to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into various industries and domains. Your role will revolve around fostering innovation, promoting ethical AI practices, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position where we expect you to meet the following minimum requirements:

• A STEM master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Theoretical and practical understanding of (Responsible) AI concepts and algorithms through academic coursework, projects, or internships.
• Robust hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages used in AI development.
• Certification (or willingness to obtain) in machine learning or data science programs, such as TensorFlow Developer Certification, Azure Data Scientist, etc.
• Proficiency in the English and Dutch language.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an eagerness to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
