Build the systems that power communities. Grow your expertise alongside industry pros.

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and hands‑on Project Engineer who’s excited to work across the full spectrum of power cable systems — low‑voltage, medium‑voltage, and ideally high‑voltage. Whether you’re early in your engineering journey or looking to expand your skill set, this role puts you in a collaborative environment surrounded by experienced project engineers who love sharing knowledge and solving problems together.

If you have LV/MV cable experience and want to level up into HV systems, this is the place to do it.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with customers and our sales team to understand installation needs and design cable systems that perform reliably.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve challenges across LV, MV, and HV/EHV cable applications.
  • Review customer specifications and develop the technical data needed to configure and price the right solution.
  • Select and design complete cable system installations — cables, accessories, routing, and performance considerations.
  • Identify technical requirements and translate them into system designs that meet industry standards.
  • Prepare clear, professional technical documentation for internal teams and customer projects.
  • Provide on‑site field service, troubleshooting, and installation support at customer locations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, project management, sales, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Engage with industry organizations to stay current on trends, standards, and best practices in underground cable systems.
  • Maintain working knowledge of national and international standards for LV/MV/HV cable installation and testing.
  • Support construction licensing requirements across multiple U.S. states.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Experience with power cables or utility‑installed electrical equipment — LV/MV experience is great; HV experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design/drafting tools.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non‑engineers.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Flexibility to support project schedules that may extend beyond a standard workweek.
  • P.E. Registration and NCEES certification preferred but not required.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll be part of a team of skilled project engineers who enjoy tackling challenges together. You’ll grow your technical depth, expand into new voltage classes, and see your work directly impact the reliability of power systems that support communities, industries, and critical infrastructure.

This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to build a career in an essential, evolving field with people who want to help you succeed.
