Petrogas E&P Netherlands B.V. is looking for a Contract Advisor to strengthen our Supply Chain Management department. In this role, you act as a key link between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that our procurement and contracting processes run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with company standards.

Your Role as Contract Advisor

In this position, you will:

• Manage, negotiate, and administer complex, high-value and high-risk contracts, including purchase, rental, repair, service and logistics agreements
• Ensure all contracting and procurement activities comply with commercial, legal, and HSEQ requirements
• Support contractor management to maintain safe, reliable, and incident-free operations
• Evaluate and improve existing contracting and procurement procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage material and service contracts across various operational areas (e.g. drilling, platforms, IRM work, project activities)
• Ensure timely approval and processing of orders and contracts in our systems
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers at all levels

What We Are Looking For

• HBO diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management)
• NEVI/CIPS qualification is an advantage
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical, offshore, or oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of contracting for high-value / high-risk projects
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Ability to solve problems proactively and identify improvement opportunities
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
