What you will do

As Digital Demand Generation Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in developing and maturing ORTEC Workforce Management's digital demand generation capability, connecting market awareness, customer engagement, and commercial impact into a scalable growth engine across industries and geographies. You will report to the SVP Marketing and collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create measurable commercial impact and support sustainable growth.

Furthermore you:

  • Build and mature a scalable digital demand generation capability
  • Establish scalable and repeatable demand generation practices
  • Develop lifecycle and nurture strategies that support long and complex buying journeys
  • Improve digital engagement, conversion, and audience targeting
  • Drive pipeline growth while balancing short- and long-term objectives
  • Define, track and optimize demand generation performance using clear KPIs and data insights
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, and Marketing Operations
  • Manage agencies and external partners to scale impact, as needed.

Who are you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience building or scaling B2B demand generation capabilities in SaaS, enterprise software, or similar environments
  • Experience with digital demand generation channels and techniques, including paid media, organic search, website conversion optimization, nurture programs, lead scoring, retargeting, and marketing analytics
  • Experience working with modern marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline creation
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, multi-stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and performance management skills
  • A builder who thrives in evolving environments
  • Equally strategic and hands-on and execution-focused
  • A collaborative partner who brings teams together
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Zoetermeer or Amsterdam, or willing to travel regularly to these locations (two or three times per week)
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.
