Job description
At ORTEC, we believe better decisions start with great people. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support one of our global divisions.
As HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to global divisional leaders. You translate business priorities into people strategies, lead cross-border change, support leaders through complexity and help build a strong, inclusive culture across our international organization.
You work closely with senior leaders, Global HR Operations and our Talent and Reward teams and report into the Director for HR Business Partnering.
What you will do:
- Partner with global leaders on creating people & culture plans for their respective divisions with focus on workforce planning, organizational design, engagement and talent development
- Lead or co-lead global change initiatives (culture and organizational changes, AI transformation, M&A integration)
- Coach senior leaders on all People & Culture topics
- Provide employee relations guidance especially in the Netherlands, but also in other EU countries in close cooperation with HR Operations & Legal
- Drive global talent reviews, leadership development and performance processes
- Improving the employee experience across geographies
- Lead People & Culture integration work in M&A activities
Who are you
- 7+ years of experience in a senior international HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience in a global or a multi-country organization
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and working knowledge of at least one other EU jurisdiction
- Fluency in Dutch and English (additional EU language is beneficial)
- Experience with change management and transformation projects (M&A experience is important)
- Strong stakeholder management, cultural sensitivity and business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and people data
- Ability to naturally build trust, show grit in complex situations, lead with curiosity, strive for excellence, and help create community across teams.
