Short Intro and About the Job
You will be part of the IPRO team (Innovation & Productivity Realization Office), in the Operations department, and will report to the Team lead Graphic Chain Management. Together with the other Operations teams, IPRO manages innovations (or other product changes) all the way from the development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.
Graphic Chain managers are responsible for the project management of all phases of the Artwork process, from briefing to file to printer. Hereby ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and within quality and costs. As Graphic Chain management intern you will be supporting the Graphic Chain Managers with their day-to-day business, tracking the monthly KPIs and driving improvements in both our processes and tools used.
Although the internship is hands-on with the aim of letting you experience the Graphic Chain Management world, we are open to discussing any (project) requirements needed from your school/college perspective.
As Graphic Chain management intern you will:
- Support the Graphic Chain Managers with their day-to-day business and learn all ins and outs from Graphic Chain Management
- Track our monthly KPIs + proposing improvements based on KPI output
- Mapping process improvements of the Graphic Chain process
- Support with the improvement of our project management tools – with specific focus on Automation and AI
About You
You're a fit if have interest in project management, automation and AI, and you are structured with great eye for details. Besides networking and communication skills, you are strong in stakeholder management.
Some key requirements are:
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree (or in last year of bachelor)
- Have interest in Graphic Chain management
- Available to start in September, 4-5 days/week for 6 months
- Able to work from our Danone Rijswijk office at least 3 days per week.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. PowerBI knowledge is highly valued
- Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
- For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- If, in addition, you are a good problem solver and you are skilled in prioritizing your work you might be the person we are looking for.
