We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to work on our brand and portfolio strategies, driving unprecedented growth and success!

The Position

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's positioning and messaging.

Additionally you will:

Drive annual brand plans and marketing strategies to meet sales, market share, and profit goals for assigned pharmaceutical products.

• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats, shaping actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to target key audiences, monitor brand performance, and optimize marketing budgets for effective campaigns.
• Analyse brand performance metrics such as sales data, market share, and customer feedback to guide data-driven optimizations.
• Oversee brand budgets, allocating resources efficiently to bolster marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.

You will also cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders like opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to foster brand advocacy and support educational endeavours.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably medical, life sciences or similar, NIMA A and/or B.
• Extensive marketing experience, with a preference for Pharma background; familiarity with diabetes is advantageous.
• Experience in project management, particularly in Product Management, is considered a valuable asset.
• Exceptional communication abilities, a team player with a proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills.

About the Department
As part of this position, you'll report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, collaborating with a team of 9 skilled professionals across various functions such as product management and project leadership within the diabetes and obesity therapeutic areas.
