This is what you'll do
As an Analyst or Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our execution and portfolio management team, supporting origination efforts from our The Hague office. Working in small, interdisciplinary teams, you’ll gain exposure to both new transactions and the ongoing management of existing deals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting portfolio management by monitoring transaction performance, joining client meetings and calls, and acting as a first point of contact for existing clients.
- Analyzing company data and market trends, and financial modeling.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as Legal, KYC, Compliance, and Operations.
- Contributing to deal execution by drafting transaction proposals and supporting the internal credit approval process.

Digital Infrastructure is at the heart of our Corporate Banking division. With a focused approach, we provide deep sectorexpertise across key infrastructure markets— with primary focus on data centers and fiber networks. With a strong track record and a dynamic, hands-on approach, our team operates across Europe

We’re seeking a motivated team player with strong analytical and communication skills. You’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited by the opportunity to make a real impact.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, business, law, or technology) with strong academic results.
- Up to three years of work experience (preferred but not required), ideally in private equity, banking, corporate finance, consulting, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated interest in finance and infrastructure—through coursework, internships, or extracurriculars.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Commercial acumen, common sense, and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
No relevant working experience required!
Fresh ideas and new perspectives are more than welcome at our bank.
