Job Summary:

Within the establish corporate policies and reporting to the Assistant Controller, in Finance, this position which is based in the Hague, Netherlands is responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the company CRM, Salesforce as well as supporting the Netherlands office. The role’s main responsibility is to accurately be entering data into Salesforce, ensuring data is meticulously organized and efficiently managing information. This role supports multiple departments by keeping records up-to-date, secure and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain customer and business data in the CRM (Salesforce) and other databases/platforms.
  • Verify the accuracy of information, perform regular audits to identify and correct any inconsistencies.
  • Generate and manage spreadsheets, reports, and database records.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data quality meets company standards.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Handle confidential data and maintain information security and comply with GDPR regulations.
  • Assist with regular data backups to protect against data loss.
  • Support general administrative activities, including organizing and storing documents.
  • Respond to data-related queries from colleagues or customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and workflow efficiency

Required Skills and Abilities:

To effectively perform the duties of a CRM/Data Entry Clerk, the individual must be able to demonstrate a number of skills and competencies that are essential to be successful in the position. These include:

  • Must be able to legally work within the Netherlands (status and documentation may be requested)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast typing and data processing
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Good customer service orientation (when dealing with customer-related data)
  • Understanding of data confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Good communication skills for internal collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in business administration, accounting or diploma in office administration or related fields is strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in office and sales admin/business administration experience within a Saas-based company is strongly preferred.

Working Conditions:

Must be able work full-time within the Den Hague office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

  • Manual dexterity required to use laptop computer and related office and computer equipment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Regular interactions, largely through remote meetings with team members, government and tax authorities
