The position
As a Logistics & Supply Chain Support professional, you will play a key operational role in ensuring efficient warehouse coordination, internal stock management, laboratory restocking, shipment preparation, and regulatory documentation.
You will support both manufacturing and discovery project teams by ensuring that materials, reagents, and products are available on time, correctly documented, and shipped in compliance with international regulations.
You are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. You thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment and understand that operational excellence directly impacts client satisfaction and project timelines.
Responsibilities
Warehouse & Internal Stock Coordination
- Support consumption order tracking and internal order processing
- Coordinate lab restocking activities
- Manage internal orders for cells and medium
- Support internal stock management
- Assist in booking and receiving project reagents
Shipment & Export Documentation
- Generate shipment forms and documentation
- Prepare regulatory certificates (USDA, CDC, FDA, TSCA)
- Coordinate permit applications in alignment with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Prepare shipments physically (labelling, packaging, coordination with carriers)
- Support custom productions shipment coordination
- Support US restocking and related logistics
- Coordinate product shipments with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- MBO/HBO degree in logistics, supply chain management, life sciences, biotechnology, or related field
- Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain support (biotech/pharma/CRO preferred)
- Familiarity with international shipment documentation and regulatory requirements is a strong plus
- Strong administrative accuracy and documentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
