About the job:
Join us in The Hague in the Netherlands to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be part of the NCI Agency Chief Quality Office, Quality and Risk Management Branch.
The new post of Quality & Risk Analyst, post number NEV QMB 0030, will be part of our quality assurance team that will look to:
- Support the establishment and maintenance of the NCI Agency’s QMS in coordination with the NCI Agency’s corporate Quality Management (QM) Function.
- Coordinate and execute assigned external and internal process audits and QMS management reviews.
- Support the Branch Head in implementing the requirements of the Agency Quality Management System.
- Execute Risk Management activities in compliance with given guidance and applicable Directives and Processes.
- Support the Agency-level management of risks by providing indication of emerging risks and reporting the status of identified risks.
- Maintain the risk register database in ServiceNow updated and support and coordinate the roll out of new features related to risk management.
You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills due to the dynamic nature of the NCI Agency.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role include:
- Recent experience in the planning and execution of Quality Assurance and Risk Management activities.
- ITIL v3 foundation certification.
- Quality assurance certification at the foundation/practitioner level.
- Risk management certification at the foundation/practitioner level (e.g. M_o_R, Institute of Risk Management Certificate or Diploma)
- Knowledge of software/system/service life cycle management and quality management preferably in a PRINCE 2 & ITIL environment.
- Working-level knowledge of ServiceNow, MS-Office, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Atlassian JIRA.
