Do you love structuring chaos into scalable programs? Are you a natural facilitator who gets energy from helping teams grow, learn, and succeed across borders? As we rapidly expand our reach in the Netherlands, Germany, USA, Canada and Belgium we have launched Momo’s Growth Center and are in need of a proactive “Growth Center Specialist”. This role requires a valuable combination of two distinct talents: you are a master of organization, planning, and tight structure, but you are also highly creative, out-of-the-box, and a natural at dynamic facilitation. You will work on our worksession framework, organising learning weeks, and empower colleagues and teams to contribute their expertise.
Who is Momo?
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.

Your responsibilities
As the Growth Center specialist, you are the driving force behind the Momo Growth Center. Your mission is to facilitate knowledge sharing in a structured, scalable way, with a strong focus on planning and process to keep the learning experience consistent and scalable. You will translate our strategic needs into interactive work sessions based on our three pillars of growth: Professional Expertise (Vakkennis), Culture (Cultuur), and Team Dynamics (Team dynamiek).
Your key responsibilities include:
Building the Growth Center: Designing, managing, and coordinating Momo’s Growth Center. You will be responsible for creating onboarding checklists for new colleagues, initiating biweekly check-ins, and gathering needs from all involved teams to grow fast.
Facilitating Work Sessions: Turning complex themes into creative, engaging, and scalable work sessions for our teams. This includes facilitating and continuously improving these work sessions over time.
Driving Process & Planning: Taking full ownership of the timeline, structure, and consistency of the learning tracks and worksessions so that no knowledge gets lost.
Work closely with and receive direct feedback from the CEO and collaborate with various people and teams across Momo.

You speak German, English and ideally also Dutch.

You have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 2 of those years at Momo Medical.

Salary is €4000-5000 per month based on 40h, depending on experience and qualifications, plus 8% holiday allowance.
Reimbursement of travel expenses, a pension plan, and 30 vacation days per year - including public holidays (celebrate Christmas, Eid Al-Fitr, or any other holiday of your choice!).
