About the Role
Join our Application Operations team and experience how IT directly enables global Sales & Marketing performance. You’ll work hands-on with leading SaaS and Business-Intelligence platforms and help keep our commercial ecosystem running smoothly.
Your ideas and initiatives can directly improve the productivity of hundreds of users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support daily application operations for tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Mendix platforms
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks – act proactively and propose improvements
- Develop small automations or process optimizations to speed up recurring workflows
- Collaborate with senior team members to enhance service quality and user satisfaction
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives that increase the reliability of our business-critical systems
Your Profile:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics or similar
- Structured, proactive and self-driven working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in modern SaaS ecosystems and how IT enables business growth
- Fluent in English
- Salesforce · ZoomInfo · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Mendix · Python · Excel
Tech Stack / Tools
