About the role
As Marketing Manager, Interventional Cardiology, you will lead the downstream commercial marketing and commercialization of Medis’ interventional cardiology portfolio. You will translate product, business and clinical strategies into clear positioning, successful launch execution, market adoption, pipeline growth and measurable commercial impact.
This is a hands-on role focused on enabling Sales, distributors and channel partners to succeed in priority growth markets. You will own the downstream commercial marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, branding, promotion and sales- and customer-facing materials, ensuring Medis’ interventional cardiology narrative is clinically credible and commercially compelling. You will also contribute to market access and pricing discussions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, execute and maintain the downstream commercial marketing strategy for Medis’ interventional cardiology portfolio, while contributing to broader product and business strategy.
- Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning and messaging based on market, customer, competitive, commercial and clinical insights.
- Lead the commercialization of new products and releases, including launch planning, market readiness, Sales enablement and post-launch adoption support.
- Equip direct sales teams, distributors and channel partners with effective training, tools and customer-facing materials.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, congresses, webinars, partner initiatives and distributor activities to generate demand and support pipeline growth.
- Support commercial execution in priority growth markets through campaigns, congress activities, distributor enablement and local market development.
- Manage the marketing budget in line with interventional business objectives and measure the commercial impact of marketing activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in interventional cardiology or a closely related cardiovascular medical technology field, with a strong understanding of its commercial, clinical and market dynamics.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic and operational marketing plans, including product commercialization, market development, new product introductions, launches and product releases within medical devices, healthcare technology or the cardiovascular industry.
- Experience enabling Sales teams, distributors and/or channel partners internationally and adapting global strategies to local commercial realities, including the USA.
- Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into practical commercial tools, campaigns, training and market activation plans and clinically credible sales enablement materials.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Affairs and Product Development, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in software, digital health, imaging or healthcare IT, international commercial experience and an established network within cardiovascular imaging or interventional cardiology are considered an advantage.
