About Mapiq

We redefine the workplace. Mapiq offers a next-generation Workplace Management Platform that unifies all your workplace data in one place, harnessing AI to generate actionable insights and equipping you with the tools to continuously enhance the employee experience through data.

Your role at Mapiq

The RevOps Engineer is a new role at Mapiq. As our RevOps Engineer, you will be the architect of our GTM (AI) infrastructure: the systems, automations, and data flows that connect marketing, sales, and customer success into one coherent revenue machine. We are not looking for someone who just keeps our systems and data clean. We want the person who builds the engine that supports our growth.

We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to make Clay and AI-enriched outreach work because you already built it, measured it, and improved it. You know what a healthy CRM looks like, you have built automations that free up time for the team, and you run experiments to continuously improve conversion across the funnel

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure every part of the funnel is instrumented, automated where it should be, and improving continuously.

Your most important responsibilities:

Lead our CRM migration. We are moving from Salesforce to Attio, and you will own this project end-to-end. From migrating data cleanly and rebuilding workflows, to getting the commercial team up and running without losing momentum. This is one of the most impactful things you will do in your first six months.

Own the GTM tech stack. You manage and optimize the tools that run our revenue operations, from our CRM to Snitcher, Clay, Lemlist, and beyond. You are the go-to person when something breaks and the person who prevents it from breaking in the first place.

Build AI-powered workflows. You design and build automations that use AI to enrich data, personalize outreach at scale, and reduce manual work across the commercial team.

Run experiments and drive performance insights. You treat the funnel as something to improve, not just monitor. You set up structured experiments across channels, stages, and messaging, track what changes and why, and share clear findings with the team. You build dashboards and reports that turn data into decisions and help us understand what is working and where to focus next.

Make the data trustworthy. You keep our CRM clean, our pipeline stages honest, and our reporting meaningful.

Support campaign execution. You work with Marketing and Sales to set up outbound campaigns, from domain and inbox configuration to sequence logic and A/B testing frameworks.
