Not long ago, a man walked into our office with a guitar under his arm. He had written a song for Manometric - and for the first time in three years, he could play again. All thanks to a small, perfectly fitting hand brace.

That’s what we build. At Manometric, we design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning, smart software and scalable production. We bring cutting-edge technology to bear on the age-old orthopedic industry. Growing rapidly, we face a host of scaling challenges that require true systems thinking. To solve these problems as fast as they arise, we're hiring a Digital Solutions Lead, with end-to-end ownership of our hardest business problems.

The role you play in our growth

How do we let our practitioners focus on the patient in front of them instead of the computer? How do we stay nimble while doubling production volume every year? How do we scale in the complicated German healthcare market without crushing administrative load?

These challenges are critical to our growth and you own them. There is no brief - just a vague problem and the mandate to figure it out. You build, buy or duct-tape your way to a solution. As long as you're pragmatic and results-driven, anything is on the table. You are a part of the software team and lead the way on problem exploration. You research, prototype and configure. Some solutions you take all the way. Others you implement with our engineers. You report to Tjebbe (Head of Software) and work closely with the Heads of Operations, Finance, Sales, and R&D.

You’ve crushed it in 12 months if you made multiple vague and complex problems disappear. People don’t remember that they were once problems. Now they just work.

Job requirements

Who we are looking for

A committed operator instead of a hands-off consultant or manager.

  • 2–6 years of operating experience in a rapidly scaling environment where processes were still being built.

  • You’re a barrel: You’ve taken complex, vague problems and made them disappear. In previous jobs, people relied on you for the hardest projects: product launches, market entries, complex software implementations, etc.

  • Hands-on builder: you’ve built software, configured off-the-shelf systems or created internal tooling. You don’t need a CS degree, but you need to be a builder.

  • AI-native: Claude is your tool for any problem, not just how you draft emails.

  • Results, not frameworks: Screw PRINCE2. You talk NPS, revenue and margin.

  • Chameleon: you can work with anyone and rapidly speak their language, understand their world and design their way of working better than they can themselves.

  • English fluent; Dutch a strong plus.

Importantly, this role calls for a senior individual contributor. You rally people around hard problems, but you don’t have a strong desire to review their time off requests.
