We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance our infrastructure's scalability, reliability, and security.

If you’ve had your hands on cloud production environments where reliability matters more than elegance, and uptime is the name of the game you’ll feel right at home. You will work alongside a talented group of R&D engineers, most of whom bring strong academic backgrounds and early-career experience, and who are now pushing hard to industrialize their work. Your impact will be immediately felt and long-lasting.

What you will be doing:

• Infrastructure as Code: Design and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Crossplane, ensuring consistent and scalable deployments across environments.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD, facilitating seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee and enhance our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources, focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures aligning with ISO27001 standards, including RBAC, network policies, and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitoring and Observability: Establish comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Disaster Recovery and Backup: Develop and test backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity and availability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and security analysts, to support development processes and ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational goals.
  
  

The team you will join:

You'll join the devops team, working closely with other R&D teams to ensure product stability. We believe in code reviews that make us better, real test data, and iteration cycles that are fast but informed. The culture is pragmatic, and ambitious - but we’re scaling, and we need your seasoned experience to smoothen that path.

About you:

Experience: 5+ years in DevOps or related roles, with a strong background in managing scalable and secure infrastructures.

Technical proficiency:

• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks.
• Proficient in Git, GitLab, Jira, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic stack.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
