As a Store Manager at Lely, you are at the forefront of how our Lely brand and Lely consumables are presented to the world. You take full ownership of the store experience. You play a vital role in increasing customer engagement and driving commercial success through effective visual merchandising and data-driven retail decisions.
You will be working in close collaboration with marketing teams, logistics, clusters and Lely Centers to translate product strategies into impactful retail execution. By doing so, you ensure that every farmer visiting our store is inspired and leaves with a strong impression of Lely's values and innovations.

Your main responsibilities:
As a Store Manager you drive Sales & Revenue Growth, Platform Management and customer experience.
Platform management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform serving farmers across multiple regions.
- Ensure product catalogues, details and pricing, are accurate and up to date
Farmer-Centric Digital Experience:
- Optimize the platform for ease of use, speed, mobile access, and clear product discovery.
- Improve tools farmers rely on, such as repeat order flows, and subscription products
- Deliver an online experience aligned with the realities of farm life: practical, fast, and frustration-free.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
- Monitoring and improve KPI’s as conversion rate, order frequency, and revenue
- Coordination of promotions, to support farmers’ seasonal needs and operational cycles
Other responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement seasonal and campaign-based promotions across product categories.
- Optimize product presentation and in-store placement based on retail strategy and data insights.
- Analyze merchandising performance and report on promotional outcomes.
- Work with CMS and BI tools to support visual merchandising and commercial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience in-store.
