Our Security Evaluation Lab is a highly skilled, international team of specialists with backgrounds in hardware, software, and embedded security. We combine deep technical expertise with a thorough understanding of certification schemes, helping customers meet both technical robustness and regulatory requirements. We regularly collaborate with certification bodies and other ITSEFs around the world.
As the number of projects, we undertake for our clients is growing steadily, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Cybersecurity schemes cell, to reinforce our Knowledge and Services unit in Delft. The cybersecurity cell evaluates products against SESIP, CC EAL4 or below, automotive, DRM, etc.
Your job
At Keysight we perform a great variety of challenging security evaluation projects. In your capacity as Project Manager, you oversee the projects planning and execution. The theme is a division of the Knowledge unit that handles market/projects that are related to nature. The project management role reports to the Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and manage key projects to completion – these will typically be projects which are highly technical and key international customers.
- Responsible for delivery of security evaluation projects within time and budget and at the required quality level; in some cases, managing some (limited amount of) projects.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Manage project risks.
- Handling customer communication during project execution.
- Development and review of project proposals in collaboration with the commercial team.
- In collaboration with other project managers, handle the planning of resources of the theme.
- Collect and implement lessons learned.
- Coaching security analyst teams in the right direction and ensuring that the right security evaluation tasks are performed within time.
- Dealing with escalations and managing them to a suitable outcome for both Keysight and our customers.
- Timely management of administrative tasks related to project execution
Qualifications
