We are looking for a Year Leader to join our secondary team—an active teacher passionate about High-Quality Learning and holistic student support. In this middle leadership role, you will lead a year group of approximately 200 students, ensuring every individual is known by name, supported in their learning, and guided through their social, emotional, and academic journey.

This position is ideal for a reflective practitioner who maintains high standards for effective classroom management and thrives in a collaborative, inquiry-based environment.
