The Business Development Lead is a member of the Programmes & Partnerships team and is responsible for securing and diversifying ICM’s funding stream. Your key responsibilities include:- Identifying income-generation opportunities, both through existing relationships (UN agencies, private sector foundations, bi-lateral donors) and by finding new opportunities.
- Contribute to development of ICM’s Income Generation Plan, including setting annual targets and ensuring they are met.
- Produce high quality, tailored concept notes, proposals, applications and pitches to funding partners.
- Develop and manage ICM’s funding pipeline

- be a natural communicator with the confidence to pursue ambitious yet achievable targets efficiently
- be able to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively with our leadership team, with building meaningful relationships with donors - quickly and authentically
- operate with agility, think strategically, and will consistently convert connections into concrete results
Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and have the eligibility to work.
