Salary negotiable depending on experience:
NL (HG13): EUR 49.632-62.040 annually including 8% holiday allowance
Located in an IB global centre, the People Associate provides support to the People team, while also having complete responsibility for its own tasks. Overall, it ensures that People practices are delivered correctly for the region, has oversight of People systems, is accountable for up to date People data and supports of data privacy, awareness of analytics/dashboards.

Bachelors’ degree in a related field to HR Management required and/or a combination of experience, education and training that would provide the level of knowledge and ability required for the position
Significant experience in an HR generalist and/or talent acquisition role. Preferably in an international company/organization
3- 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Dutch labour law
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Internationally minded
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to take initiative and manage a wide scope of projects
MS Office and Excel skills
Experience working with an HRIS (e.g. Oracle Cloud (HCM))
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Dutch sickness absence procedures
Ability to work both independently, and within a team.
English fluency required

Talent Acquisition
Manage full life cycle recruiting process, taking the lead on regional recruitment requests
Conduct induction and onboarding activities in coordination with regional HR colleague(s)
Report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
Conduct thorough intake meetings to best understand business needs for the role and to set expectations with hiring manager
Provide guidance to hiring managers on job description/ad editing and templates
Maintain up to date knowledge of regional recruitment market trends
Build solid relationships with hiring managers to become a trusted advisor on all recruitment matters and recommendations
Manage contractor and temporary staffing needs, negotiating contracts and costs with external staffing agencies
Learning and Development (L&D)
Support HR Head on L&D and Delivery
Author staff wide L&D announcements
Owner/Administrator of HCM L&D module, creating events, managing registration and evaluation process
Keep People Head informed of registration count and evaluation feedback
Negotiate contracts and costs with training vendors
Policies and Processes:
Supports People team on all general processes as required (joiners/leavers, recruitment, data maintenance etc.)
Delivers practices and processes correctly for the region
Shares process improvement ideas and best practice with global People colleague
Implements global policies faithfully, contributes to policy review
Advises local staff on policy matters
Maintains good liaison with Finance for correct accounting of expenses/People Costs with correct task codes
Data Management
Ownership and accountability for live, up-to-date and accurate information on all staff in the location;
Maintains People data privacy
Provides reporting as required;
Supports People team with People data as required;
Works with People colleagues to ensure high quality data management and report generation
Ensures that the administration of work passes, for both the employee and his/her dependents is handled in a timely manner.
Support
Has oversight of benefits provided locally, and ensures they are followed correctly
Answers all basic benefit-related queries and questions in each centre, and ensures local procedures (enrolment, changes, leavers etc.) are followed correctly
Liaises closely with IT on systems issues and queries, working with them to resolve problems and improve processes
Assists People colleagues with projects and tasks that are connected with the People remit when necessary
Any projects as assigned by People Head
