We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader to drive collaboration and engagement across IB teams, delivering an exceptional online learning experience globally. In this role, you will introduce and embed the latest IB-implemented online learning technologies and ensure they are used to their full potential. You will also motivate and support the Online Facilitator community and lead the Online Lead Facilitator team.
This position requires strong organizational, technical, innovative, research, and managerial skills to deliver high-quality online content on time and within budget across multiple platforms. You will thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving environment, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. A data-driven approach is essential, leveraging online workshop survey data to inform decisions on workshop development and delivery.

Significant experience in online education, programme or project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven leadership of large facilitator or educator communities in an international context.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder delivery at scale.
Proven experience working with Moodle (required).
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing LMS and online learning technologies.
Budget management experience at multi-million scale.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage Online Lead Facilitators and Online Facilitators; oversee performance and foster collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Manage projects and processes for efficient online workshop delivery; oversee contracts and reporting.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships; implement new online delivery technologies; liaise with Learning Design teams.
Change & Innovation: Drive technology and process updates; research and integrate best practices in online pedagogy.
Recruitment & Training: Plan and execute annual recruitment and training schedules; ensure quality standards.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee a $1.3M honorarium budget and staffing for 1,200+ workshops annually.
Performance & Data Management: Analyse facilitator performance and workshop survey data to improve productivity and quality.
