Collaboration with Business Development Managers and Development Operations Associate Managers: provide support during the AfC process, including but not limited to responding to standard queries from schools, managing AFC invoices and payment, handling technical issues of applications (salesforce/myschool), coordinating with PDD on Cvent registration to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management: monitors and manages lead queues, assigns SQLs to managers, ensures accounts are set up correct in salesforce, conducting lead outreach with tailored qualifying questions (as defined by BD for each country/ region) to ensure leads are effectively progressed, disqualified, or flagged for re-nurturing based on predefined criteria
  2. Customer Service: providing exemplary customer service to stakeholders, including schools, universities, governments, and other interested parties by responding to queries (emails or through Salesforce service console) within 3 days
  3. Event and Meeting Coordination: Actively involved in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences for the development team.
  4. Reporting and Documentation: generating reports (e.g., monthly/quarterly reports) and maintaining documentation related to the AfC process, lead management, and stakeholder engagement
  5. Technical and Administrative Support: handling technical issues (e.g., IT tickets) and administrative tasks (e.g., invoice processing, contract documentation, GDS progress) to support schools, GDS and internal teams

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated years of experience in administrative, customer service, or business development experience, preferably in an international or multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong ICT skills, including database management and virtual collaboration tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-level hierarchy environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality support.
