Innatera is looking for an Operations Specialist to join its Team in Rijswijk.
We will trust you with:
Taking ownership of the entire purchasing and sales process, including generating and processing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Manage export declarations and licenses applications for the shipment of dual-use goods.
Handling all administrative tasks related to purchasing and sales, supporting seamless transaction processing.
Overseeing and managing incoming orders from online platforms, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfilment while acting as the primary point of contact for all topics, from order administration to issue resolution.
Working with the office management team on the order fulfilment of our products.
Expand and improve internal tools and processes related to supply chain, business operations, and facilities within the organisation.
Developing, maintaining, and updating process and policy documentation as the company evolves.
What will you need to succeed:
Experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
Excellent computer skills, and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Great organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail.
A people-centred approach.
Adaptability and the ability to switch seamlessly between tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, handling interactions with both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and care.
Be able to come to the office for at least 3 days a week
Nice to have:
Dutch language proficiency
Asian languages proficiency
