IGRAC, the International Groundwater Resources Assessment Centre, is a UNESCO centre that specializes in regional- and transboundary-level assessment and monitoring of groundwater resources. It focuses on managed aquifer recharge, groundwater governance, and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). One of its flagship products is the Global Groundwater Information System (GGIS), a web-based Geographic Information System that supports the storage, visualization, analysis, and sharing of groundwater data through interactive map-based modules. IGRAC operates on a non-commercial basis and aims to provide comprehensive groundwater information and knowledge globally.
