Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for leadership, coaching, HRM and developing young talent? The Leadership & HRM team at Hotelschool The Hague is looking for a new colleague who can guide our students in their personal and professional growth.

What you will do

• You deliver training sessions, classes and coaching trajectories on both campuses (Amsterdam & The Hague) between 08:30 and 17:00.
• You support students in developing their leadership, communication and HRM skills as future managers in the international hospitality industry.
• You train students in key leadership and communication topics such as feedback, assertiveness, motivation, team communication and navigating challenging situations.
• You teach HRM subjects ranging from fundamentals to change management, HR modelling, HR advisory skills and innovations in HRM.
• You collaborate with an enthusiastic team of lecturers and trainers to strengthen and innovate the curriculum.
• Several times per year, you join a week‑long outdoor leadership development programme.
• You bring your own leadership experience, coaching skills and HR expertise to help students truly grow.

What you bring

• A Master’s degree.
• A hospitality background or strong affinity with the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• A recognized coaching qualification (e.g., NOBCO, ICF) or equivalent coaching expertise.
• Experience delivering training sessions and facilitating group learning.
• A solid foundation in leadership theory and practice.
• At least 4 years of experience in leadership/communication training and / or experience in HRM within an international environment.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
• A proactive, independent and solution‑oriented mindset.
• A warm, enthusiastic approach to education with a focus on coaching students through real‑life professional assignments.

Employment conditions

• 0.8–1.0 FTE.
• Salary according to HBO scale 11 (non‑negotiable): €4.535,76 – €6.359,47 per month (full‑time).
• A 13th month and an excellent package of fringe benefits.
• For a 40‑hour workweek: 428 hours (53 days) of annual leave.
• Strong opportunities for professional development.
• Travel allowance, contribution to health insurance and pension via ABP.
• Start date: 17th of august 2026
