We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Support professional to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a leave of absence. You will become an indispensable part of a leading international institute with an excellent, 95-year reputation for innovation in hospitality management education. This is a challenging yet friendly environment where the entire school community is international, meaning the educational program and all business communication are conducted entirely in English. Your meticulous administrative and secretarial support will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our core institutional departments.
Candidate profile
You have/are:
You are a professional who takes satisfaction in making sure administration runs seamlessly, allowing others to focus on their core tasks. You thrive in a dynamic, international setting and are known for your hands-on mentality.
- Solid experience in providing administrative and secretarial support, preferably to multiple departments simultaneously.
- Strong planning skills and an accurate approach with a keen eye for detail.
- You connect easily within an organization and possess a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- The ability to work independently and manage diverse tasks for various departments.
- You have an affinity with or experience in higher education.
Remuneration
Hotelschool The Hague offers a salary based on scale 8 of the labour agreement of Universities of Applied Science (CAO HBO) with a range between € 3.312,01 and € 4.376,46 per fullt time month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
Additional information
You will work within an international and English-speaking community of dedicated staff, instructors, and lecturers who are experts in their fields. The institution operates across two primary locations: The Hague and Amsterdam.
- This role is primarily based at our location in The Hague.
- Occasional administrative support or attendance at events may be required at our location in Amsterdam.
