Candidate profile
HTH is seeking to appoint a Lecturer with a background in Higher Education at a Business School. For this appointment, we would welcome applications from high quality candidates with real-world experience in any area of business consulting.
You have/are (most of the following):
- A change maker able to illustrate theoretical concepts with relevant impactful examples on at least one of the following topics: Regenerative Business, Regenerative Gastronomy, Regenerative Society or Regenerative Work
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and an ability to explain complex business ecosystems, enabling students to join the dots
- Formal teaching experience
- Academic Research skills
- Excellent coaching skills
- A Master’s degree
- An excellent command of the English language (C1 level)
- Excellent social skills and the ability to work independently, as well as in a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive attitude to problem solving
- Alignment to the vision, mission and strategy of Hotelschool The Hague

Remuneration
Hotelschool The Hague offers a salary based on scale 11 of the labour agreement of Universities of Applied Science (CAO HBO) with a range between € 4535,76 and €6.359,47 per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
In addition, Hotelschool The Hague offers:

Additional information
Hotelschool The Hague works with a 40-hour workweek. The starting date for this position is as soon as possible depending on the notice period of the applicant.
