Candidate profile

HTH is seeking to appoint a Lecturer with a background in Business Transformation and/ or Business Strategy. For this appointment, we would welcome applications from high quality candidates with real-world experience in any area of business development, business transformation, strategy, digital transformation and/ or business consulting.

You have/are:

• A critical and strategic thinker able to illustrate theoretical concepts with relevant real-world business examples
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and an ability to explain complex business ecosystems, enabling students to join the dots
• Familiar with theoretical management frameworks and concepts
• Excellent coaching skills with an emphasis on coaching students to handle real-world professional assignments
• A Master’s degree or a commitment to obtaining one
• An excellent command of the English language (C2 level)
• Excellent social skills and the ability to work independently, as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• A proactive attitude to problem solving
• Formal teaching experience is a bonus
• Alignment to the vision, mission and strategy of Hotelschool The Hague

Remuneration

Hotelschool The Hague offers a salary based on scale 11 of the labour agreement of Universities of Applied Science (CAO HBO) with a range between € 4234,29 and €5936,77 per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

In addition, Hotelschool The Hague offers:

Additional information

Hotelschool The Hague works with a 40-hour workweek. The starting date for this position is as soon as possible depending on the notice period of the applicant.
