As Head of Construction Service Development, you advance Hilti’s digital construction capabilities by shaping innovative software enabled service solutions that strengthen our leadership in the Large Project Business. You drive the evolution of design & engineering, modelling in the BIM and Plant Design environment, prefabrication, and future service areas, ensuring they deliver measurable customer value through cutting edge technology, seamless IT integration and continuous innovation.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15%.
What You'll do
In this role, you’ll shape how digital services transform project delivery — creating smarter workflows, better outcomes, and real value for customers.
- Oversee all technology and process driven initiatives that enable the service roadmap, ensuring the right systems, standards, and capabilities are in place.
- Redesign and streamline service workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, boost speed and reliability, and enable teams to deliver consistently high quality results across all project stages.
- Strengthen our software enabled service offering by integrating data and AI enabled capabilities and ensuring that all technical components work seamlessly together to deliver reliable, high quality outcomes at scale.
- Drive continuous innovation, using insights and emerging technologies in the areas of BIM and Plan Design to unlock new levels of performance and customer impact.
- Set clear, accessible service standards that empower global teams with the tools and guidance they need to deliver reliably and confidently.

What You’ll Bring

- A technical university degree and 5+ years of experience in digital solutions within the construction industry.
- Expertise in digital construction workflows in the BIM and Plant Design environment and confidence working with digital tools and data driven service processes. Revit ecosystem is a must.
- Strong capability in service workflow design and optimization, plus solid program/project management skills.
- Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking, paired with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership to inspire, empower, and develop teams, with fluency in English for an international environment.
