Your role in the story

Within the IT Governance team of our IT & Digital department, we are looking for a proactive working student to support us for 2 to 3 days per week. We currently need someone for a period of 6 to 8 weeks, with the possibility of an extension. Are you studying Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field? Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex information and turning data into meaningful insights? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will be working on

As a Working student IT Governance, you will support the team with a variety of PMO and business analysis activities, including:

  • Supporting annual planning and portfolio management activities
  • Creating and maintaining KPI dashboards and management reports
  • Analyzing, organizing, and visualizing data using Power BI and Excel
  • Structuring and managing incoming Topdesk tickets
  • Supporting project reporting and progress tracking
  • Documenting and improving processes and ways of working
  • Writing clear work instructions and technical documentation in Microsoft documentation systems.

Key ingredients for success

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.

  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • You enjoy working with data and translating it into actionable insights.

  • Experience with Excel and Power BI is highly preferred.

  • You can communicate complex information in a clear and structured way.

  • You work independently, pay attention to detail, and take initiative.

  • You are available for 2 to 3 days per week.
