Job Summary
To support the execution of the program across the organization based on defined guidelines| in order to achieve the program objective(s)
Key Responsibilities
1. To plan and conduct the program events/meetings as per agreed schedules and standards [cost| quality & time]
2. To share action items with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution and closure
3. To track action item status with concerned stakeholders and ensure closure of all the escalations
4. To formulate the program agenda including collateral formation and data gathering
5. To maintain/update the program status on an automated platform and share as and when required
6. To generate periodic (quarterly) program summary report
