Job Summary

The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of network systems by developing, maintaining, and enhancing SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) solutions. This position is essential for delivering high-quality technical support and operational excellence, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Sdwan Configurations And Solutions Using Cisco Technologies To Enhance Network Performance And Reliability.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Wireless Wlan (Cisco) Installations, Resolving Issues To Ensure Uninterrupted Service And User Satisfaction.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather New Requirements And Develop Features That Meet Their Operational Needs Within The Sdwan Framework.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Network Configurations, Troubleshooting Procedures, And Operational Guidelines.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Sdwan Technologies And Wireless Wlan (Cisco) Operations.
2. Familiarity With Network Troubleshooting Tools And Methodologies.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
4. Fundamental Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Configurations.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna) Or Relevant Sdwan Certification
