Job Summary
| JD Experience · Senior Agile PM( Scrum master)- 10-15 years’ experience · Facilitate agile framework, ceremonies, and/or tailored ways of working to enable teams to deliver iteratively and incrementally.
Required Experience in Agile Experience as a project manager Experience as a Scrum Master Experience in Retail Must be from IT/Engineering background Practical Experience in Agile and waterfall modal as a Scrum Master/PM. Strong Communication Skills Experience with vendor management and collaborating with them on project delivery Experience with highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
2. Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles
3. Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes
4. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
7. Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery
Skill Requirements
2. In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies
3. Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management
4. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements
7. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
