Job Summary
AI/ML Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Production operations (L2/L3) for AI, ML, and GenAI systems across environments
- Operate and monitor agentic AI platforms (multi‑agent workflows, A2A interactions, tool/MCP calls)
- Maintain AI & LLM observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts)
- Lead model lifecycle management including upgrades, validation, and rollback readiness
- Ensure data quality, KPI accuracy, and insight trustworthiness across dashboards and exec outputs
- Lead AI incidents, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions
- Build runbooks, SOPs, and KT materials to operationalize AI at scale
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have experience in coordinating with offshore teams
- Status reporting
- Work in CST timings, preferably located in Chicago
Technical Skills
Over 10+ years experience in
- LLMs – Gemini, Claude Sonnet
- Platform – GCP
- Data Platform – Databricks, BigQuery

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
