Track Manager - Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall
Job Summary
Owns vulnerability remediation across SG\'s Cisco routing, switching and indirect-network estate. Operates within the 7-day SLA for Tier-2 assets, leveraging partial automation where available.
Key Responsibilities
■ Triage Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS and related platform vulnerabilities; remediate within 7-day SLA. ■ Apply firmware upgrades on routers and switches; coordinate maintenance windows. ■ Apply configuration hardening per CIS / Cisco-recommended baselines. ■ Coordinate with application teams where indirect exposure intersects production traffic. ■ Contribute to automation initiatives — DNA Center, Ansible, NSO playbooks.
Skill Requirements
■ Cisco IOS-XE, NX-OS administration; routing and switching fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, STP). ■ Familiarity with Cisco PSIRT advisory triage. ■ Configuration management with Ansible or Cisco DNA Center. ■ Understanding of firmware upgrade procedures and rollback.
Other Requirements
■ Cisco CCNP or higher. ■ Network automation: Python, Ansible, NSO. ■ Familiarity with Catalyst Centre / DNA Centre.
