Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking 4 Software Developers proficient in Go and Python to design and develop services for agentic data applications. Key requirements include:
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience building agentic systems (agents, tools, and orchestration frameworks like ADK or LangGraph).
- AI/DB Skills: Recent experience with Generative AI technologies, evaluation frameworks, and working with both SQL and non-relational databases.
- Environment: Prior experience within the Google internal development environment (google3) and/or GitHub is highly preferred for all resources.
- Logistics: Must be available for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US PST hours.

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Go and Python
- Build and deploy agentic systems (agents, tools, orchestration workflows)
- Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven applications
- Integrate AI services with enterprise data systems (SQL & NoSQL)
- Implement and optimize microservices architecture in cloud environments
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system scalability

Languages: Primary expertise includes Python, Java (Spring Boot), React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP (Vertex AI), Cloud-Native Systems, and Microservices.
AI & Agentic Frameworks
Foundations: Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
Orchestration: Experience with Agentic AI systems, LangChain/LangGraph, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) framework.
Tools: Proficiency in AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
