Role Summary
Build the operational backbone of the Anthropic BU by standardizing reusable AI delivery patterns, enablement systems, certification governance, and enterprise deployment frameworks.
This role converts frontier AI experimentation into repeatable enterprise execution.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build and run the Anthropic CoE
- Define standards for:
- Claude implementations
- Agentic workflows
- MCP integrations
- AI governance
- Eval frameworks
- Own enablement and certification strategy
- Build reusable accelerators and playbooks
- Create enterprise deployment blueprints
- Govern delivery quality standards
- Operationalize learnings from MSAB and FDE teams
Skill Requirements
Required Experience
- 12–18 years experience
- Built enterprise AI or cloud CoEs
- Architecture + consulting background
- Strong operational governance capability
- Experience building scalable enablement programs
