GCP Data Lead
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Monitor data quality, integrity, and security within the solutions implemented.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
5. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Skill Requirements
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Excellent GCP (Big Query, Data Fusion, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring and Composer, Dataplex) experience with emphasis on end-to-end data product development, Data Products
- Containerisation & Orchestration: Kubernetes
- Programming & Query Languages: SQL, Python
- Frameworks & Tools: Terraform
- Data Engineering: Strong understanding of pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and governance
- Version Control: Git + CI/CD
- CI/CD & Automation: Harness, Solid general CI/CD experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Other Requirements
1.Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification is preferred.
