Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements that benefit the organization.
3. Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve relationships with suppliers.
4. Monitor supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross functional teams on cost estimation, collaboration, negotiation, and supplier development.
Skill Requirements
2. Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate component costs.
3. Knowledge of cost estimation tools and methodologies.
4. Supplier collaboration and negotiation:
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
6. Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
7. Supplier development & management:
8. Ability to develop and execute supplier development strategies.
9. Strong project management skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
