Senior Business Specialist
Job Summary
• Should possess excellent knowledge in following areas : FI-General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable(must have Automatic Payment Program exposure), Accounts Receivable, Month End Close Activities, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, COPA.• Bank Accounting (preferably with Electronic Bank Statement exposure).• Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development.• Exposure to Blackline, Concur and other system interfaces is desired.• Proficient and highly knowledgeable in fixed assets accounting process which includes: o timely and accurate recording of fixed asset additions, disposals, change requests, asset capitalization is in line with company accounting policy. o Perform cost adjustments, depreciation/amortization, retirement or disposal consistently with GAAP. o Analyze asset accounts to identify, document and correct discrepancies to ensure reconciliations are accurately stated. o Establish process improvements and continuously evaluate and enhance fixed assets process to streamline operations and improve efficiency.o Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger vs. general ledger and prepare fixed assets roll-forward• A value-add, business partnering mindset, with an energy to strive for continuous improvement and best practice in a collaborative environment.• Highly motivated and driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust for effective working relationships across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
