Job Summary
Frontend Developer / Full Stack developer

Experience: 5+ years as frontend and/or Full Stack developer
Location: Romania
Primary skills: Typescript, NodeJs, CSS, Vue.js or at least other frontend frameworks like Angular or React, Unit tests
Secondary skills (in case of full-stack developer but not a must): Java, Sprintboot, J2EE, Hibernate, REST WebServices, SQL Oracle database, Unit tests, Integration tests, Good understanding of microservices and Openshift container platform
Language: English (German would be a plus)
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
3. Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications
6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals
Skill Requirements
2. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers in web application development projects
3. Knowledge of web development best practices, design patterns, and software architecture principles
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines effectively
