About the Role We are looking for experienced L1 Technical Support Engineers with a strong background in International Voice Process and Technical Support. The role involves handling inbound calls from global customers and providing L1-level troubleshooting support on IT-related issues. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound voice calls and provide professional technical support to global users. • Troubleshoot issues related to: o IT Service Desk operations o MS Office & Office 365 o VPN connectivity o Basic Networking o System & Browser Troubleshooting o Software installation/uninstallation o Antivirus support o Printer setup & troubleshooting o OneDrive & OneNote o MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) o VDI (Virtual Desktop Infra) • Log, track, and follow up on incidents until resolution. • Ensure excellent customer experience on every call. ________________________________________ Required Experience & Skills Mandatory: • Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (USA or UK) • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Technical Support Technical Skill Requirements (Mandatory): • IT Service Desk knowledge • MS Office & Office 365 troubleshooting • VPN Support • Basic Networking concepts • Desktop/system troubleshooting • Browser & software issue resolution • Antivirus & printer troubleshooting • Familiarity with OneDrive, OneNote • Knowledge of MFA & VDI environments • Ability to handle technical questionnaire during evaluation ________________________________________ Work Requirements • Willingness to work 5 days a week from office • No Work-from-Home option • Comfortable working in US (Night) Shift • Open to working from Bangalore or Hyderabad client locations ________________________________________ Client Location Addresses Bangalore: Wells Fargo, Outer Ring Rd, near New Horizon College, Devarabisanahalli, Kadabeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103 Hyderabad: Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt.
